Jogging

Every morning, there is always a struggle..... should I roll out of bed and get a jog in or as most often I want to do - SLEEP IN!! Because during summer if I wait it gets so hot!! 🥵 but even in the mornings, phew! well I DID get in my jog this morning. Just got back, literally peeled off my shorts and sports bra and just took a shower and I feel great. Ahhhhh that runners high

Anybody else here get their jog on?

Well done, Kara! My everyday is obviously too busy for me (bad excuse, there's always the evening, but nah ), but I'm determined to get some jogging done on weekends.

Yes!! I too have to go early in the morning or later in the evening once I get off work during the summer.
